Lowe's is discontinuing (clearance, non-stock) their Kobalt brand air powered pruning shears, item no. 256680. Normal price was $90, now at $23 and maybe less than that. They are going quickly. 11 x 5 x 2, lightweight, PTFE-coated alloy blades, slide-lock safety trigger with a shield (palm actuated, from underneath the tool--blades out front), 3 year limited warranty. If your local store does not have them in stock, ask them to look up other district store's inventory.

As an alternative to traditional air compressors and/or gasoline powered generators, Lowe's (and other manufacturers, too, I presume) also sells a lightweight, tool-belt style air regulator/coiled hose set powered by CO2 canisters (similar to those used in paintball guns).
