07 chambourcin crop

I am looking to contract my 2007 chambourcin crop to a single source. I anticipate 2-3 tons from 1.5 acres of 6 year old vines. At first I thought the freeze has damaged them severly, but as it turns out, thank God, it didn't appear to do so. I have been spraying since April, and do so religiously every 7 days. The fruit looks strong, and I currently have no insect or fungus problems.
