Wine Making Student looking for Internship

I just moved to TN from WA state, where I was enrolled in a winemaking school. Since I can't find oenology courses locally, I've enrolled at UC Davis and Washington State University's (WSU) distant learner programs (for wine making and viticulture). I won't start either of these programs until next year. To keep my oenology education going I'd like to volunteer/intern/apprentice with an established wine maker or winery in the middle TN area.

I work a full time job in Nashville, so will only have weekends, holidays, and evenings to work for you ... but I'm dedicated, hard working, and anxious to learn/participate in what ever wine making activities you might afford me.

With crush just around the corner ... any one interested in some free labor??
