Vineyard Problems

Hi, I need help with some vines in our vineyard. I am an amature in the growing department. The leaves turn red, and in time die.(see pictures on this page) www.frontiernet.net/~cvincent/ then click on Wine and Vineyard. The vines beside these will follow after a while. These vines seem to all be vinifra. The american verital seem to not be effected. I have lost about 20+ total in the last 2 years. Out of 30 Shiraz, we have lost a least 10 this year. The vines are on 3309(shiraz) and some other varieties are on 101-14. Any ideal what this is and what to do about it? Thanks Charlie
