Charlie,

It appears from your photos that your vines are infected with a virus. There is no "cure" for viral infections-- the only way to eliminate them from your vineyard is to remove and burn the infected vines.

If you purchased the vines as certified virus free, the nursery may provide you with replacement vines. You'll probably have to provide them with photos to document the infection. Otherwise you'll just have to start over with non-infected stock. Sorry!
